Not all the Vikings are gone: there are still some truly hard men in the Arctic, and you can find some of them on the sheep farms. Even though Phil Rosenblum is not from here, he has a thirst for learning the old ways of animal husbandry that have allowed Vikings to survive in one of the harshest climates on the planet. Phil, the ‘Shepard of the North’, is living with the locals and sheering sheep through the harsh winter of Iceland.
